The Three Queens

Thousands of people gathered on both sides of the River Mersey to welcome the Three Queens into their spiritual home.

The three liners, the Queen Mary Two, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, sailed down the Mersey together, as part of a three-day celebration to mark the 175thanniversary of the Cunard shipping line.

The liners performed a synchronised manoeuvre before The Red Arrows created a spectacular scene with their flyover.
